Mr. Rajvir Singh Sodha, Special Assistant to the Chief Minister Sindh for Human Rights Department, concluded the two-day HRIMS Operationalization Phase I orientation for provincial line departments’ focal points at the Human Rights Department, Karachi, on 14 October 2026. The event was jointly organized by the Treaty Implementation Cell (TIC) of the Human Rights Department, Govt. of Sindh, the Ministry of Human Rights and UNDP, under the European Union-supported Huqooq-e-Pakistan II Programme.
